No returns or refunds are accepted on precious metals or bullion products for change of mind, unless otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your precious-metal or bullion item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by a consumer guarantee under the ACL, please contact us at boomerangbullion@icloud.com so we can assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy where required by law.
